We are founding members of CEIGRUP Real Estate Agencies. After more than 30 years of experience, we have been consolidated as a prestigious and well-recognized brand. We perform promotion and commercialization activities on real estate properties and holiday apartment rentals. ATA · COSTA BRAVA - PIRINEU DE GIRONA
The ATA, “Associació Turística d’Apartaments Costa Brava – Pirineu de Girona” (Costa Brava & Girona Pyrenees’ Tourist Apartments Association) is an entity representing this specific sector in the Province of Girona. It manages and arranges bookings for thousands of visitors to over 10,000 tourist accommodations that are offered along on the Costa Brava and the Girona Pyrenees area.
ATA is a young dynamic association comprising over 120 companies that together offer the greatest number of officially recognized and approved of tourist apartments on the Costa Brava and the rest of the province of Girona.
The Association is made up of letting agencies specializing in tourist holiday accommodation and owners of apartment blocks. All of these companies work on a daily basis to offer their clients the best possible service, always adhering to strict codes of practice regarding quality standards and eco awareness.
API COLLEGE - GIRONA
The API, “Col•legi Oficial d’Agents de la Propietat immobiliaria de Girona” (The Official College of Real Estate Property Agents in Girona), is a public body with its own legal personality and with full legal capacity to carry out its purposes. It is governed by the principles of independence and participatory democracy.
College relationships with national or supranational collegiate organizations are governed by the principles of voluntary collaboration and cooperation. They are formalized by means of an agreement or contract, without prejudice to the right of access, direct action and representation of the College before all national and supranational institutions and before the general representation functions that apply.
CAFGI - GIRONA
CAFGI, “Col•legi d’Administradors de Finques de Girona” (College of Property Managers in Girona), is a corporation under public law that represents all its members, providing numerous services to them and caring for the effective performance of their duties, their training and their proper operation.

We are Collegiate Insurance Brokers identified with no. 64455 to the College of Insurance Brokers of Girona.
DEVELOPERS AND BUILDERS GUILD OF GIRONA
The Developers and Builders Guild in Girona was created in 1976, resulting from the awareness of a group of businessmen -both developers and builders-, who saw the need to partner with each other in order to address together those problems and challenges arising from the exercise of professional activity.
At present, the philosophy that guides the Executive Committee and the Governing Board is not only based on advising and solving problems but also on trying to anticipate them before they occur. To achieve this purpose, they base their activity on being present in the drafting of laws, decrees and regulations, both state and regional, as well as local ordinances, participating in the various Administration Consultative Committees, in order to try to bring them the same concerns and knowledge of professionals.
